About Us

Adam and Jo are husband and wife and have been running a large Osteopathic practice in the Midlands since the 1990s. They lived and worked in their local town bringing up their three children.Their dream has always been to move to Wales and when in June 2020 their youngest child left university and got his first job they decided the time was right for them to move.They will now be working as Osteopaths at FFynonwen as well as looking after their small holding and running creative art workshops near Lampeter. Joanne Sheridan

Jo has been an osteopath for over 30 years in the Midlands. Her special interests are many and include the treatment of chronic problems, muscular pain due to osteoarthritis, cervicogenic headaches, children, expectant mothers, retained reflexes and workstation strains. Jo’s treatment techniques are gentle and may include cranio-sacral techniques. The thing that she loves the best about being an osteopath is working out why someone is in pain or cannot do what they used to do and base her treatment around this. In her free time Jo enjoys Textile Art, Pilates, and Swimming.
